Wayne Vaughan- Owner/Broker
Wayne entered the Real Estate business in 1978 in Orlando, Central Florida, Clermont, Disney Area, Orange County, Florida and remained active in the residential market for 20 years. During that time he has sold HUD properties, was a Sales Manager for a large home builder selling over 150 homes per year, was active in the Real Estate management and Rehab business and became a licensed building contractor. He was also recruited in the mid 80’s to revive the Real Estate division of Sugarloaf USA, Maine’s largest ski resort. During his first year as Sales Director, he sold over $16,000,000 in Real Estate, which was a record for the company.
In 1994 he moved his family to Georgia to become broker of record for a United Country Real Estate office. He also obtained his General Contractor’s license and was active in residential and commercial remodeling and construction. In 2000 he returned to Florida and settled near family members in the Orlando area.
In 2006 he founded Property Management Professionals, Inc and has been debt free from the beginning. Property Management Professionals, Inc is located in Clermont, Florida and currently manages over 200 residential properties for private owners.
Barbara Henes
Barb and her husband Pat moved to Florida from Michigan in 2001. Prior to the move, Barb was busy raising 7 children with a full time career in the Air Charter business along with supporting her husband’s career of 30 years as a Deputy Sheriff. Florida was supposed to be retirement, but retirement was too slow paced and Barb obtained her Real Estate license in 2002. She has worked with her oldest son in Vacation Ownership, Short-Term Rentals and has now made her home with Property Management Professionals, Inc as a Property Manager at the main office in Clermont.
Cari Grimes
Cari, a native of Orlando, FL and a resident of Clermont since the early 90’s, she now resides with her husband James and their children. Cari has worked in the rental industry for over 6 years and has since moved to Property Management where she is now in school for Real Estate and will be licensed within the State of Florida in 2011.
